Dasara - Navaratri Celebrations 2013

"Navaratri represents a celebration of the Goddess Amba,(the or Power). The Navaratri festival or the "Nine Nights festival". During this nine nights and ten days, nine forms of sakthi devi are worshipped. The tenth day is commonly referred to as Vijayadashami or "Dusshera".

On October 13th 2013 Sunday, we hosted an special event on this ausipicious day. Our Guruji Sri Krishna Bhatt Garu perfomed and guided us with the following special Pooja's.

The event went on great success with the following schedule starting at 9 am in the morning with

Guru Vandanam, ganapathi pooja, Kalah sthapana, sri durga homama(2 or 3 sponsers welcome to perform), poornahuti, kumkum archana pooja(you can perform individually under the guidance of guruji), saraswati puja(good for kids), sri sai sadguru paduka pooja.

And ended at 12.30pm afternoon followed by Light lunch and prasadam.
